Please make sure the phone number you provide when booking your Pointer Boat excursion on line is one we can reach you the day of your tour. In case there is a need to cancel or reschedule your tour (weather etc.), we want to be able to reach you by phone.
Only dogs designated as service animals are allowed on the boat. However, you may be asked to remove your animal should any other guests be allergic or frightened.
11:30 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm for single boat ticket tours and buy outs for up to 12 people. The 4 pm, 5:30 pm and 7 pm are for full boat ticket purchases up to 12 people. 8:30 pm for full boat/sunset cruise (limited availability)

12-person max. All ages are considered a “person” EXCEPT an infant 6 months or younger is considered a “babe in arms” and must be in the parent’s arms for the boat tour.
Yes. Full price tickets for all guests who are not a “babe in arms.”
Stafford’s Pointer Boat is licensed for 12 guests plus a captain and first mate. Should something catastrophic happen, the US Coast Guard will be looking for the 12 guests on the manifest.
The boat has life vests for adults, children, toddlers and infants. You are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer.

Your confirmation email will have instructions of where to meet a Pointer Boat staff member to show you to the boat
The captain’s will make a decision on each boat ride as the day goes on and a Pointer Boat host will call you to refund or reschedule.
Once you book your boat tour, you will receive a confirmation email from from a Pointer Boat Host with a food and beverage menu attached. You may call 231-881-8048 between 10 am and 1 pm to place an order with our Pointer Boat hosts, within a 24-hour notice. Please note, food from Stafford’s Pier kitchen is available during business hours.
Unfortunately, no. Our license allows for food and beverage from Stafford’s Pier Restaurant only.
